1.  What is the Player’s Card?
A Player Card is an identification card that acts as a player’s pass. Each players’ information and photo is entered into our system to provide roster intregrity.


2.  Who needs a Player’s Card?

Player’s Cards are required for ALL Youth Leagues (Adults will need them starting in January).  Activities that DO NOT require a Player’s Card are: Birthday Parties, Special Events, and Group Rentals.

3.  When do I need to have my Player’s Card?
Player’s Cards are required when entering the facility. 
Your Player’s Card is valid for one full year from date of issue.

4.  How do I receive my Player’s Card?
You can receive your Player’s Card at either Afrim’s Sports location.  Your photo will be taken when you register at the front counter and you will be given your Player’s Card.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:  We strongly recommend that you DO NOT wait until the day of your first game to get your card.  If you wait, you may be delayed. No player will be allowed to play without a Player’s Card.

5.  What happens if I forget my Player’s Card?
Please treat your Player’s Card as you would any other game essential.  All players are required to present his/her Player’s Card to the referee prior to each game.

6.  Do I need a Player’s Card to fill in for an injured player or if I’m a late addition to a team?
Yes, every player is required to have a Player’s Card.  If your team has lost players due to injury or adds a player after the season begins, the new player is required to purchase a Player’s Card prior to their first game.

7.  Is my Player’s Card accepted at other facilities?
Yes.  A valid Afrim’s Sports Player’s Card will be honored at Sportsplex of Halfmoon and The Adirondack Dome programs.

8.  Will I need my Player’s Card for Tournaments?
Yes, but due to the geographic draw of our tournaments we will also honor area indoor passes and USYSA/US Club generated passes.
