Player’s Card

All youth teams must have player passes for the upcoming 2010-2011 season.  All players will need to get their picture taken at an Afrim's Sports location in order for us to complete these passes.

A One-Year Youth Membership will be NO CHARGE.  Youth players will need to present proof of age to obtain their membership card (ex. Birth Certifcate, Passport).
