A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book all parties. All cancellations must be done 2 weeks in advance to receive a refund of any payment EXCEPT the non-refundable deposit. The deposit is always transferable to another date/time or left as a credit towards a future party or youth program.

Each participant must complete an Afrim’s Sports waiver before participation or use of the field.

All parties will begin and end precisely at the designated time.

At least one adult must be present throughout the event.

No outside food except for the cake is allowed. We do have multiple choices for food – please ask.

No equipment at this time will be provided by Afrim’s Sports besides the field use and goals located on your field. Please DO NOT move goals on the field!
